it was a wicked night - congrats to andy for organising it all - some air con would be nice next time as would a recording on loop which i can play into my ear which says "you can NOT dance to drum and bass do not attempt to do so at any cost" - ops!

Possibly Jonny. The only problem is that the owner of the Croft is taking over the Friday nights, as of next week (and Espionage is moving over from the Thekla to become a regular Saturday night slot), so for now, they've offered us a Thursday night.
We had great feedback from the bar-staff though, who clearly weren't expecting it to be so busy (and were hoping to get home earlier!), and the organiser has told us that if we can do a couple of Thursday night slots, then he's hoping to be able to shift us over to a regular Friday slot in a couple of months. Finger's crossed...
Thanks for coming Kim, and especially for being the night's official photographer. As you can see, I reckon you did very well (especially as you took most of them while trying to dance to drum'n'bass!)
But yes - aircon would be great. The heat was a real hazard in fact, as I kept on dripping sweat onto the records and mixer, while they were playing. Somehow, nothing blew up!

However, I am sure I am not going to be the only one to ask this, but what are Ben and Sam doing in that photo where they are sat down?
Yeah, that's an odd one for sure.
Mind you it looks like Stan is grabbing his left man-boob as well.
I'm afraid I can't comment on those photos, as they were taken by official photographer, Kim. Perhaps Sam or Ben could explain?
There seemed to be a homo-erotic atmophere all night long though (obviously, any excuse for the likes of Ben and Sam) - perhaps it was to do with the amount of sweat everywhere...
Looks like a champion night to me. Missed it by a day. Gutted with a capital G.
